4.1 Employees

We may share personal data with any authorized employee of the Club des Sports des Menuires who reasonably requires it to fulfill the purposes set forth in this privacy policy.

4.2 Third Parties

Strictly within the framework of the Complètement à la Masse event newsletter, the Club des Sports may share personal data (your email address) with its co-organizing partner, the Les Menuires Tourist Office.

If, at the time of registration for the Complètement à la Masse event, you indicate that you wish to benefit from a lift pass and/or Carré Neige insurance, the Club des Sports may share personal data (your last name, first name, date of birth, gender, phone number, and email address) with its co-organizing partners, the Les Menuires Tourist Office and Sevabel.

5. RETENTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data is kept for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes mentioned in Article 3.1, with the sole exception of the newsletter, for which the data used is kept for a maximum period of 3 years after your last interaction with us.

At the end of these periods, and in the absence of instructions from you regarding their retention, modification, or deletion, your personal data will be archived within the limits of the applicable legal statutes of limitation. Upon the expiry of these periods, the data will be destroyed.
